This privacy overview explains how Lingivo is designed to handle uploaded documents, AI processing, retention, and customer data during controlled pilot workflows.
No AI training use
Lingivo does not use customer documents to train AI models. Production deployments should use AI providers and contractual terms that support this commitment; OpenAI states that API and business inputs and outputs are not used for training by default unless an organization explicitly opts in.
Security design
Uploads are designed for encrypted transfer in production, SHA-256 request hashing, and no long-term source-file storage after processing.
Retention
Lingivo is designed around temporary processing. Commercial deployments should define retention settings, deletion windows, DPA terms, audit logs, and organization-specific controls.
Feedback and workspace learning
General result feedback stores the selected outcome, reason codes, run identifiers, and optional note—not document text. Contextual feedback stores only the issue, segment, term, rule, recommendation, or correction a user intentionally submits. It remains organization-scoped and is not reused until an authorized Owner, Admin, or Reviewer approves it for organization, client, or project memory.
Governance controls
Lingivo includes role-based permissions, organization-scoped project access, signed file URLs, audit logs, restricted CORS, rate limiting, and an admin security summary for Owner/Admin users.
Deletion requests
Organization data deletion can be requested by authorized Owner/Admin users through the governance workflow. Billing, credit ledger, and audit records may be retained where needed for security, legal, or payment traceability.
Pilot transparency
Lingivo is in controlled beta/pilot use. Customers evaluating sensitive or regulated content should use agreed pilot terms before uploading confidential materials.
