Credit packs are a safety valve for active paid workspaces. Workspace Admins can add one only after the remaining monthly balance falls below 10%. Purchased credits expire after 90 days and pause if the paid subscription becomes inactive.

Which plan should I choose?
Choose Linguist Solo for one translator or reviewer, Business Workspace when content owners work with linguist reviewers, and Localization Team when project managers, linguists, reviewers, and business users need one governed workspace.
What are credits?
Credits are Lingivo’s usage unit. Each run is estimated from word count, workflow type, file format, and complexity/risk, with a minimum per uploaded file.
What does the free trial include?
Create an account to activate Explore. The 14-day trial includes 50 credits, all five AI tools, supported workflows and formats, and all three role-based experiences. It is a single-user evaluation, so team invitations are not included.
Can I use credits across all tools?
Yes. The same balance works across document translation, LQA, glossary generation, style guide creation, and document analysis. Your selected role changes the experience, not the underlying credit unit.
How many credits does each tool use?
Translation uses 1 credit per 1,000 words with a 3-credit minimum. LQA uses 1 per 2,000 words. Glossary and document analysis use 1 per 5,000 words. Style guides use 2 per 5,000 words with a 2-credit minimum. Complex file formats and high-risk documents may increase the estimate.
What happens if I use all monthly credits?
Lingivo warns Workspace Admins below 10% of the monthly allowance. At that point, an active paid workspace can buy a credit pack or upgrade its subscription; trial and inactive accounts cannot buy top-ups.
Do Lingivo credits expire?
Yes. Trial credits expire after 14 days. Included paid-plan credits reset and expire on each monthly renewal. Purchased credit packs expire after 90 days and are usable only while a paid subscription is active. Lingivo spends the soonest-expiring credits first.
Can I buy a plan during the beta?
Start with the free trial. Paid plan availability is confirmed inside the app; if checkout is not yet enabled for your workspace, contact Lingivo to continue the pilot or arrange a team plan.
