These terms describe trial and pilot use. Final commercial terms, payment terms, and enterprise agreements should be reviewed before production launch.
A Lingivo account is required before the trial begins. Explore provides one user with 50 credits for 14 days, all five AI tools, supported workflows and formats, and all three role-based experiences. No credit card is required; team invitations are not included.
Credits are usage units estimated from word count, workflow type, file format, and document complexity. Translation starts at 1 credit per 1,000 words with a 3-credit minimum; LQA starts at 1 per 2,000 words; glossary and document analysis start at 1 per 5,000 words; style guides start at 2 per 5,000 words.
AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by qualified language professionals before production delivery, legal use, regulatory submission, or customer publication.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process documents through Lingivo, especially when files contain confidential, regulated, or third-party content.
Users may not attempt to bypass authentication, access another organization’s projects or files, abuse rate limits, upload malware, reverse engineer signed URLs, or interfere with Lingivo’s AI provider, billing, or storage systems.
Organization Owners and Admins are responsible for managing team access, inviting only authorized users, approving deletion requests, and reviewing audit/security information for their workspace.
Lingivo is in controlled beta/pilot use. Enterprise deployment should include agreed security review, data-processing terms, retention settings, support expectations, and service commitments.
